Money Isn’t Everything
Once there was a man who lived in a poor family along with his wife. Despite living in poverty, their family life was much happier. As he is a day labourer, he earned very little. He was not satisfied with low income. He always wanted a luxurious life. That’s why, he always run after money. And become addicted to money. Gradually he made a lot of money. At that time, his eyes were dazzled to see various beautiful, modern women around. He continues to despise his wife, and keeps saying “She is good for nothing”.
Later, he started living with a modern, smart and attractive woman. At first, he was enjoying his luxurious life. Lost his humanity in the sea of money. He treated everyone badly and refused to identify his family members for poverty. But in this luxurious life, he could not find peace. An unknown disturbance was engulfing him and gradually became addicted to alcohol. As a result of his constant drinking and mental turmoil, he contracted a serious illness. The beautiful woman with whom he lived with also left him in his time of danger. After that, he regretted what he had done. And realised how much he had hurt his family by his own bad behaviour. He went to his wife to apologise for his misdeeds. But it was too late. He found his wife hanging in the fan. Seeing all this, he was crushed and burst into tears. This time, there was no point of realising. He lost everything. Moreover, he lost his love and happiness.
Money isn’t everything in life, it causes pain and suffering. People run after money and lose their true love, joy and happiness. The destination of people should not be money but an ideal man.”_Money buy a bed but not sleep, it can buy you sex but not love”. _
